• Service center is formed as a separate business unit of a globally represented organization in order to provide business support functions to its group companies or legally unrelated entities. The most frequently served business support functions are IT, finance & accounting, customer care, logistics, procurement, HR, legal, etc. Yet those are only the most popular ones – there can appear also more specific services deriving from the company’s core business - broadcast services, quality control of chemical products, banking services etc.

• At least 50% of turnover should represent the export of business services;

• More than 50% of the company's shares should be owned by a foreign entity.
